Frequently Asked Questions

If a class is missed, we allow a makeup class on a different day.  We do not offer refunds or credits.

If you know your child will miss a class, you MUST inform us by emailing us at office@evolveprojectla.com.  If you don’t inform us in advance, there is NO MAKE UP CLASS.

The make up class must be arranged with and confirmed via email only (office@evolveprojectla.com).   Please don’t just show up to a different class because it may be full and you will not be able to join the class.

All make up classes must be taken with 4 weeks of the missed class. Otherwise, the class will expire.

For the days that Evolve is closed, you are charged a prorated amount. This is also stated in the statement that you receive before the start of a new session. Please note that we don’t allow make-up classes for days that have been prorated. 

If you are sick or have signs of sickness please stay home. You can do a make up class when you get better.

Wear your evolve training tee which was provided. Loose comfy clothing and we recommend shin guards.
Bring your own water. We have several water breaks during classes.
