Frequently Asked Questions
If a class is missed, we allow a makeup class on a different day. We do not offer refunds or credits.
If you know your child will miss a class, you MUST inform us by emailing us at email@example.com. If you don’t inform us in advance, there is NO MAKE UP CLASS.
The make up class must be arranged with and confirmed via email only (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please don’t just show up to a different class because it may be full and you will not be able to join the class.
All make up classes must be taken with 4 weeks of the missed class. Otherwise, the class will expire.
For the days that Evolve is closed, you are charged a prorated amount. This is also stated in the statement that you receive before the start of a new session. Please note that we don’t allow make-up classes for days that have been prorated.
If you are sick or have signs of sickness please stay home. You can do a make up class when you get better.
