CAMPs Summary

Our full and half day camps (shown below) blend all the elements from our academy training programs into a week of technical skill development and FUN. Some of the camp activities include: TOCA training, soccer tennis, crossbar challenges, and scrimmages

NOTE: Please be aware, this is a soccer camp. We are not a daycare. If your child does not like soccer then this is not the right camp for your child. If your child refuses to participate in camp sessions and drills repeatedly, we will call a parent to pick them up and unfortunately, they will not be allowed back, and no refunds will be given.  We thank you in advance for your understanding. 

No cleats. Turf shoes, indoor court shoes or sneakers only. Shin guards required.

Players will be broken up by age group and will participate in age specific games throughout the day focusing on fun, skill development and tactical awareness.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

Annual Membership Fee ($25 per family) is required for all players using the facilities. The Membership fee is paid upon initial enrollment and renews every January (during active enrollment)

PRIVATE CLASS FEES

Single Private Class: $125

4-Pack Private Class : $450
 
Semi-Private Class: $125 for an hour plus $20 for the additional player

  • Classes are scheduled for consecutive weeks
  • Private classes are scheduled according to coaching staff availability, midweek classes are after 3pm (all classes are on the hour), limited weekend private classes are available Saturday morning
  • Payment will be processed once the classes are scheduled
  • If we need to reschedule a private class due to coaching staff availability we will reschedule the class to the last week of your booking
  • If you need to reschedule a private class please let us know the day before the class.
  • Private classes are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% for a same-day cancellation and 100% within 3 hours. 

REFUND policIES & price changes

If you are unable to attend class due to illness or an emergency, please email office@evolve.la BEFORE the class and you will be issued a Make Up Token, which is redeemed for a class.
  • Make Up classes are NOT guaranteed. If the class to make up is full, we will offer alternatives. If alternate classes are declined then the make up class is forfeited. There are no credits or refunds.
  • Make Up tokens are not issued retroactively
  • Make Up Tokens must be used within 30 days of the absence during active enrollment, or they expire
  • A maximum of 2 Make Up tokens can be issued in any session
  • If you are unable to attend 2 or more classes due to injury or absence we advise that you drop the enrollment until you are ready to return so that you do not incur charges. We do not save space in classes
  • Unused Make Up tokens expire when enrollment drops
If a class is full, players have the option of joining the waitlist:
  • As spaces become available the waitlist is informed
  • Available spaces are ‘first come first served’ and places are only confirmed once payment is received
  • Please do not attend the class if waitlisted. Players who attend while unenrolled will be charged $30 per class drop-in rate, plus a $10 per day administration charge.
  • Once camps are booked, there is a $10 change fee for any schedule changes
  • Cancelled camp days will be credited to your portal account, minus a $20 per day cancellation fee.
  • If your camper is unable to attend due to illness please inform office@evolve.la before 8 am on the day of the camp and credit will be applied to your portal account for the missed camp, credit is not issued retroactively.
  • All class enrollments are pre-paid and automatically roll over to the next (4 week) session
  • You will receive a billing statement one week before it is due
  • If you need to make any changes or drop enrollment please email office@evolve.la before the payment processes
  • If your payment fails to process you will receive an automated email informing you that the payment details need to be updated. Unpaid enrollments drop on the first day of the new session and the spot becomes available to the waitlist
  • Once payments are processed there are no refunds or credits

CAMP PROTOCOL

  • Camp starts at 9am or 1pm.  Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to start.
  • Please drop off and pick up your child on time.
  • Please apply sunscreen and you may also want to pack sunscreen for them to reapply later in the day.
  • Please bring a water flask that your child can fill up at one of our stations throughout the day.
 
  • Come dressed to train, players should wear comfortable t-shirts, shorts or sweatpants. Leave all unnecessary items at home (toys, extra clothing, etc) or in the car.
  • NO cleats or open-toe shoes!  Indoor court, turf shoes or regular sneakers are fine. Shin guards are recommended.
  • Pack snacks, lunch and water. Pack 2-3 snacks if your child is staying for full day camp (9am – 4pm).  We accept credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and cash at our snack bar.
  • During camp hours our gates will be closed for safety. Ring doorbell in the front to be let in. Gates are reopened 15 min before pick up time.
  • No devices — phones and devices to play games and watch videos, etc. are prohibited during camp hours. Of course phones may be used to call parents or guardians
  • If you are sick or if anyone in your household shows any signs of illness, please stay home and get better. You will be credited if you cannot attend due to sickness.
  • Instructors, campers or family members who are sick, especially with cold of flu symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or fever should remain at home and seek medical attention immediately. Credits will be issued.
  • If an instructor or player becomes ill at the facility, they will be separated and sent home immediately
  • If an instructor or player has been diagnosed with COVID-19, they may not return to the facility until after full recovery — three (3) days free of symptoms or fever has been cleared and confirmed by a medical professional. No exceptions.
